Education and professional development
I am a Ukrainian-qualified psychologist with professional training and experience in psychological support. I provide psychosocial support and use psychological approaches to help people explore their experiences, understand their emotions, and develop ways of coping with life’s challenges.
My qualifications were obtained in Ukraine and France, and I am currently continuing my professional development in the UK.
I am not a UK HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist or Practitioner Psychologist, and my work does not represent NHS psychological services.
I currently work in psychosocial support in the UK with one of the leading mental health charities, supporting people from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing emotional difficulties, trauma, loss, and significant life changes.
I have experience supporting people affected by substance misuse, as well as refugees and asylum seekers from different countries and cultural backgrounds who have experienced trauma, loss, and difficult life situations.
I use a trauma-informed approach, creating a safe and supportive space where people can talk about their experiences, better understand their feelings, and find their own ways to manage life’s challenges.
My practice focuses on providing supportive, reflective, and person-centred psychological support within my area of training and experience.
Where appropriate, I may recommend or support access to additional services to ensure that individuals receive the most suitable support for their needs.
Membership in professional communities across Ukraine, Europe, and the UK allows me to remain actively engaged in the field, uphold ethical standards, and receive regular supervision.

About me
I am 40 years old and was born in Donetsk region, Ukraine. Later, I lived and worked in Kyiv.
Previously, I worked in a large financial group. Eventually, I chose a different path — psychology. This decision developed gradually and became a natural continuation of my personal journey.
Family life, relocation, and the experience of change have only deepened my interest in how people navigate both internal and external transformations.
